1 Pound Shrimp0.5 Teaspoon Garlic0.5 Teaspoon Onion Powder0.5 Teaspoon Creole Seasoning0.25 Teaspoon Dried Parsley2 Tablespoons Butter1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce1 Medium Green Onion0.5 Teaspoon Creole Cajun Seasoning0.5 Cup Whole Milk0.25 Cup Water1 Ounce Cream Cheese3 Tablespoons Half-And-Half0.25 Cup Mild Cheddar CheeseIn a bowl, add shrimp, garlic, onion powder, creole seasoning and parsley and toss to coat well.Using a large skillet, melt butter on medium heat add shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side. Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce and stir to combine.Mix together grits and Cajun seasoning in a microwave safe bowl. Add milk and water and stir till well combined. Add cream cheese in the center of grit mixture and microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir in cream cheese completely and then stir in half-and-half. Place the cheddar cheese on top and microwave on high for about 45 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir the mixture till well combined.Top with shrimp mixture and garnish with green onion.
