1.5 Cups Sugar0 Vegetable Spray3 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa1 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour1.5 Tablespoons Cornmeal0.125 Teaspoon Table Salt2 Teaspoons White Vinegar0.5 Cup Butter1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract0 Sweetened Whipped Cream/Cocoa3 Large EggsPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a miniature 24-cup muffin tray with butter or cooking spray. Unroll refrigerated pie crust on a working surface and cut 60 rounds out of the crust with 2½ inch cutter. Press the rounds into the muffin cups and refrigerate remaining piecrust rounds. Combine cornmeal, sugar, cocoa, all-purpose flour and salt in a bowl. Add in vinegar, butter and vanilla and stir to combine. Whisk in eggs until well combined. Spoon a teaspoonful of the chocolate mixture into each muffin cup. Bake until set or for about 20 to 24 minutes. Leave to cool on a wire rack before serving. Repeat the procedure with the remaining crust and chocolate mixture.
