Dip the chops into beaten egg and then coat with the panko breadcrumbs evenly. In a large frying pan, heat about a 1/2-inch of oil over medium-high heat and fry the chops for about two minutes per side. Transfer the chops to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Spread mayo on one bread slice and mustard on the other, and nestle pork chops and lettuce between bread slices. Slice each sandwich into thirds. Drizzle the chops with the tonkatsu sauce evenly.
