Rub salmon steaks with garlic mixture evenly and arrange onto prepared grill pan in a single layer. Keep aside for about 30 minutes. Preheat the grill to high heat. Meanwhile, with a pestle and mortar, crush the cumin and coriander. In a bowl, mix together butter, fresh coriander and spice mixture. Keep aside.Grill the salmon steaks for about 3-4 minutes.
