1 Pound Flank Steak1 Medium Tomato0.5 Teaspoon Garlic Powder0.5 Teaspoon Kosher Salt0.5 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper0.5 Cup Cucumber17 Ounces Plain Greek Yogurt0.33 Cup Fresh Dill0.33 Cup Red Onion1 Tablespoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon JuicePreheat Grill or grill pan to medium-high. Rub steak with salt, pepper and garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon each. Lightly grease grill or grill pan with cooking spray.Grill steak for almost 10 minutes or until to your desired doneness. Once grilled, let cool a little and slice diagonally. Squeeze and release moisture from cucumbers by placing them between paper towels. Place yogurt in a bowl, add cucumber and season with remaining garlic powder, salt and pepper. Combine dill, oil, onion and lemon juice in a bowl and toss to coat. Open up the flatbread pockets and fill with steak slices, yogurt mixture, onion mixture and tomato slices.
