Ingredients:
3 Egg Whites1 Cup White Sugar0.75 Teaspoon CardamomPreheat the oven to 275°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add egg whites and beat till fluffy. Slowly, add sugar, beating continuously till stiff peaks form. Add cardamom and beat till well combined.
With a well rounded spoon, drop the mixture onto prepared cookie sheet to form cookie-like drops. Bake for about 60-90 minutes. Remove from oven and keep aside to cool before removing from cookie sheets.
