Heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Sauté onions in heated butter until golden brown, for 15 minutes. Transfer sautéed onions to a bowl and wipe off the skillet. Melt remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in the same skillet and sauté mushrooms and green beans in it until tender, for about 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in wine and simmer until liquid is absorbed or for about 3 minutes. Transfer mushroom mixture to the bowl with sautéed onion and toss. Combine ricotta and 1 cup Italian cheese blend in a bowl. Combine buttery crackers, 3 tablespoons butter and French fried onion in another bowl. Lightly grease a 15x10 inches baking sheet with butter or cooking spray. Layer 1 cup of Parmesan cream sauce in greased pan then layer 3 cooked noodles, half of the green bean mixture and 1 cup Italian cheese blend. Repeat the layers with 1 cup Parmesan cream sauce, 3 noodles and all of the ricotta mixture. Then, layer 3 noodles with remaining half of the green bean mixture, 1 cup Parmesan cream sauce, 1 cup Italian cheese blend, 3 remaining noodles, 1 cup Parmesan cream sauce and 2 cups of Italian cheese. Bake until bubbly and golden brown or for 50 minutes. Remove lasagna from oven and sprinkle with cracker mixture. Bake again 10 more minutes.
