1 Pinch Salt0.5 Teaspoon Cornstarch0 Peanut Oil3 Large Shallots0.5 Teaspoon FlourIn bowl, add flour, cornstarch and salt and mix well. Coat sliced shallots with flour mixture evenly. In skillet, heat peanut oil and deep fry shallots till golden brown. Transfer shallots onto a paper towel lined plate to drain.
