0.25 Cup Dark Brown Sugar0.75 Cup Whipping Cream0.5 Cup Light Corn Syrup4 Ounce Semisweet Chocolate1 Pint Coffee Ice Cream1 Toffee CandyIn a heavy medium pan, add cream and corn syrup and bring to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally. Transfer 2/3 cup of mixture into a bowl. Add chocolate and stir until chocolate melts completely and mixture becomes smooth. Add brown sugar into remaining cream mixture in pan over low heat and stir till sugar dissolves. Increase heat and boil for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and keep aside to cool slightly.Place 2 scoops of ice cream in each serving plate. Top with chocolate sauce and brown sugar sauce evenly. Serve with sprinkling of toffee.
