Add a pinch of salt, ground coriander, cumin, turmeric, gram flour and coriander leaves until well combined then divide into 12 portions. Fold in half again to form a triangle with 5 inch sides. Melt clarified butter on a griddle and cook the rotis for 1-2 minutes, turning once during cooking. Drain before serving hot.
