Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Unflavored Gelatin Powder32 Ounces Unsweetened Apple Juice2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice2 Tablespoons Liquid Low-Cal SweetenerPlace gelatin, lemon juice and apple juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil.Boil for 2 minutes and then remove for heat.Add in sweetener and coloring. Fill jars with the mixture and cover with lid tightly. Let cool completely and then refrigerate for later use. You can store the jelly for up to 4 weeks in refrigerator. Note: to spice up your jelly you can add 4 cloves and 2 cinnamon sticks to the mixture before bringing it to a boil. Discard spices after boiling.
