Add salmon fillets and coat with mixture generously. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight. Preheat grill to medium heat, grease grill grate with a liberal amount of neutral tasting oil. Remove salmon fillets from the bowl, reserving marinade. Grill salmon fillets for about 25 minutes, flipping once basting with reserved marinade frequently. Meanwhile, mix together remaining ingredients in a bowl. Serve salmon fillets alongside sauce.
