Bechamel SaucePT25M Serves 12+ Ingredients: 5 Tablespoons Butter 4 Tablespoons Flour 3 Cups Milk 2 Teaspoons Salt 0.5 Teaspoon Nutmeg In a medium pan, melt butter over medium heat. Slowly, add flour, stirring till smooth. Cook for about 6-7 minutes, stirring continuously. Meanwhile, in another pan, add milk in and just bring to a boil. Slowly, add milk into butter mixture, 1 cup at a time, beating continuously till very smooth. Bring to a boil and cook for about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and stir in salt and nutmeg.
