1 Pound Pork Loin1 Cup Guinness Stout Beer1 Cup Pale Ale1 Cloves Garlic1 Medium Jalapeno Pepper2 Teaspoons Salt2 Teaspoons Pepper0.75 Cup Brown SugarTake a large zip lock bag and add in jalapeno, brown sugar, garlic, beer, salt and pepper. Seal the bag tightly and shake well to stir. Add the pork to the bag and marinate overnight or at least 6 hours.Preheat your grill to 375 degrees. Grill pork until your desired doneness.
