Black & Tan Pork Loin Recipe | PT20M Serves 3 Ingredients: 1 Pound Pork Loin 1 Cup Guinness Stout Beer 1 Cup Pale Ale 1 Cloves Garlic 1 Medium Jalapeno Pepper 2 Teaspoons Salt 2 Teaspoons Pepper 0.75 Cup Brown Sugar Take a large zip lock bag and add in jalapeno, brown sugar, garlic, beer, salt and pepper. Seal the bag tightly and shake well to stir. Add the pork to the bag and marinate overnight or at least 6 hours. Preheat your grill to 375 degrees. Grill pork until your desired doneness. Once grilled, remove and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice grilled pork and serve topped with our Black & Tan Glaze.
