0.25 Cup Pure Vegetable Oil2 Cloves Garlic4 Chicken Breasts2 Teaspoons Chili Powder0.5 Teaspoon Dried Oregano Leaves0.25 Teaspoon Cayenne PepperPreheat the oven to broiler. Arrange oven rack about 4-6-inch from the heating element. Grease a broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl, add garlic, oil, oregano, chili powder and cayenne pepper and beat till well combined. Arrange chicken breasts on broiler pan in a single layer and coat with half the garlic mixture. Broil for about 6 minutes. Flip chicken breasts and coat with remaining garlic mixture. Broil for about 4-5 minutes.
