1.5 cups Elbow Macaroni0.25 cup Butter Or Margarine0.5 Teaspoon Salt0.25 Teaspoon Pepper0.25 cup Flour8 Ounces Cheddar Cheese1 cup Milk1 Small Onion12 Store-Bought Breaded Fish SticksPreheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a casserole baking dish with non-stick spray.In a saucepan, melt butter on medium heat. Stir in flour and remove the pan from heat. Crumble the flour and butter with spatula and then bring back to heat. Slowly, add milk and keep stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper and cook over medium high for about 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in cheese and cook for 1 minute on low heat until cheese is melted and the sauce is a little thick. Turn the heat off. Add macaroni and mix till well combined. Add macaroni cheese mixture into the casserole dish. Top with Fish Sticks. Bake for about 30 minutes.Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
