Ingredients:
1 Pound Ground Beef0.25 Medium Red Onion3 Cloves Garlic0.25 Cup Fresh Parsley1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin1 Teaspoon Salt1 Teaspoon Ground Coriander0.5 Teaspoon Ground Allspice1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon0.25 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper0.25 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper0.5 Cup Zesty Tahini SaucePreheat oven to 450 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients except tahini sauce, and mix by hand until combined. Form 24 meatballs out of the mixture and transfer onto an ungreased cookie sheet 1 inch apart and press to flatten a little. Bake for 15 minutes. Increase the temperature of the oven to broil, and broil for 2 minutes. Serve with the zesty tahini sauce.
