4 Chicken Breast Fillets0.33 Cup All Purpose Flour1 Tablespoon Olive Oil0.5 Cup Unsweetened Pineapple Juice2 Tablespoons Honey2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger2 Teaspoons GarlicIn a bowl, add garlic, honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce and ginger and mix until well combined. Keep aside.Coat chicken pieces with flour evenly. In a non-stick frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat and sear chicken pieces for about 3-4 minutes per side or until lightly browned completely. Add honey mixture and cook until chicken is cooked through and sauce becomes slightly thick, stirring continuously, you can add 1/4 cup of water if sauce becomes too thick.
