Ingredients:
3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour2 Teaspoons Yeast3 Tablespoons Honey1 Medium Egg1 Teaspoon Salt2 Tablespoons Canola Oil0.75 Cup Milk0.25 Cup Water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9X5 loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a stand mixer, mix flour, yeast & salt until combined.In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, heat milk, water, honey & vegetable oil until warm, about 5 minutes.Pour liquid mixture and eggs into the flour mixture. With a dough hook, beat mixture until it forms a dough ball. Transfer to a lightly-floured work surface and knead until dough is elastic and smooth, about 5-8 minutes. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and allow dough to rest for 10 minutes. Roll dough into a rectangle approximately 12 X 8 inches. Start from the shorter side and roll dough up like a jelly roll. Press ends and seams together to seal. Place dough in prepared loaf pan, seam side down. Cover with kitchen towel and put in a warm place until the dough doubles in size, about 30-45 minutes. Bake until bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, about 40-45 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool before slicing.
