Ingredients:
2 Cups Cherries3 Tablespoons White Sugar1.5 Tablespoons Water2 Tablespoons Bourbon14 Ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract2 Cups Heavy CreamIn a pot, bring the cherries, sugar and water to a boil then simmer for 10-15 mins. Remove from heat, add the bourbon and set aside to cool.Meanwhile start the ice cream base by whipping the heavy cream in a stand mixer for 3 minutes until stiff peaks form.Mix the vanilla extract and condensed milk in a bowl then fold into whipped heavy cream followed by the bourbon cherry mix. Store in a tightly covered freezer safe container and freeze for 8-12 hours.
