Ingredients:
1 Pound Pecan Halves0.25 Cup Egg White1 Teaspoon Water1 Cup Sugar1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon1 Teaspoon SaltPreheat oven to 250 degrees. In a bowl, add egg white and water and beat till fluffy. Add pecans and gently stir to combine. In another bowl, mix together sugar, cinnamon and salt. Coat pecans with sugar mixture evenly. Spread pecans onto a cookie sheet. Bake for about 1 hour. Remove from oven and keep aside to cool completely before serving.
