Place dough into a greased bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Coat the top of squares with remaining beaten egg evenly and bake for about 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, for frosting: In a bowl, add icing sugar, 1 teaspoon of milk and vanilla extract and beat until well combined. Remove from oven and place onto a wire rack to cool. Spread frosting mixture on cooled buns and serve.
