Ingredients:
1 Cup Pumpkin Seeds2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil2 Tablespoons Butter3 Tablespoons Honey1 Teaspoon CinnamonPreheat oven to 350 F. Coat a cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Put the washed and dried seeds in a bowl and set aside.Using a microwave or a small pan on the stove, heat up the honey, oil and butter until mixture is runny. Stir until well combined and pour over the seeds.Spread the seeds out evenly on the cookie sheet. and bake 30 minutes. Stir seeds around every 5-10 minutes.Store uncovered in a bowl up to a week.
