1.5 Pounds Ground Beef2 Cups Uncooked Elbow Macaroni2 Cups Condensed Tomato Soup2 Cups Water1 Teaspoon Garlic1 Tablespoon Dried Onion0 To Taste Salt And Pepper1 Cup Cheddar CheeseHeat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook beef until browned. Once browned drain the liquids off. Add tomato soup, water, pasta and seasonings and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and let simmer over medium low for about 5 to 7 minutes, stirring constantly until pasta is al dente. Sprinkle with cheese, cover and simmer until cheese melts. Serve with dinner rolls, fruits or salad.
