1 Cup Water4 Chicken Breasts3 Tablespoons Flour1 Teaspoon Salt1 Tablespoon Canola Oil1 Tablespoon Margarine1 Bunch Green Onion1.5 Teaspoons Paprika1 Cup Half And HalfIn a bowl, mix together flour and salt. Coat chicken cutlets with flour mixture evenly. In a large skillet, heat salad oil and butter over medium-high heat and cook cutlets for about 1-2 minutes per side. With a slotted spoon, transfer chicken cutlets into a bowl. In the same skillet, cook onion over medium-high heat till tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in paprika and cook for about 1 minute. Stir in half-and-half and ½ teaspoon of salt and cook for about 3 minutes. Stir in chicken and cook till heated completely.
