10 Ounces Pearl Onions0 To Taste Coarse Salt1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter0.5 Cup Small Fresh Mint Leaves20 Ounces Frozen Petite Green PeasCarefully, slit an X in stem end of each onion. In a pan of salted boiling water, cook onions for about 1-2 minutes. Drain well and peel the onions.In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of water and butter over medium-high heat and cook onions for about 4 minutes.
