1 Ounce Fresh Yeast1 Tablespoon Warm Water1 Pound Bread Flour1 Tablespoon Sugar1 Teaspoon Salt2 Tablespoons Olive OilIn a bowl, dissolve yeast in 1 tablespoon of warm water (105 degrees).In a bowl of a mixer, attached with a dough hook, add flour, sugar, and salt and mix lightly. Slowly, add yeast mixture, 1 cup of water and oil and knead until a smooth, shiny and fairly sticky dough is formed.Place dough into a large greased bowl and turn to coat with oil. With a cling film, cover the bowl and keep aside in a warm place for about 1 hour or until double in its size.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Arrange a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven to heat up.Divide dough into 6 equal-sized portions. With a damp tea towel, cover the dough portions and keep aside for about 10 minutes.Place 1 dough portion onto a generously floured surface and roll into a fairly thick circle. Repeat with remaining dough portions.Arrange rolled bread onto the pizza stone and bake for about 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and with tongs, hold the baked bread over an open flame for just a few seconds per side.Serve immediately.
