1 Cup White Whole Wheat Flour2 Tablespoons Granulated Splenda0.5 Teaspoon Molasses1 Teaspoon Baking Powder0.5 Teaspoon Salt1 Teaspoon Cinnamon2 Tablespoons Egg Beaters2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Applesauce2 Large Very Ripe Bananas0 Nonstick Cooking SprayIn a bowl, add 1 cup of water, Splenda, molasses, applesauce, banana and cinnamon and mix until well combined.In another bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to banana mixture and mix until just combined. Grease a large sauté pan with cooking spray lightly and heat it. Add about 1/4 cup of mixture and cook about 2 minutes. Flip and cook about 1-2 minutes more. Repeat with remaining mixture.Serve hot with your desired topping.
