Ingredients:
2 Cups Bread Flour1 Tablespoon Baking Soda1 Tablespoon Baking Powder1 Teaspoon Sugar1 Large Egg White6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter2 Teaspoons Cider Vinegar2 Tablespoons Buttermilk2 Teaspoons Orange ZestPreheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.Cream together butter, buttermilk, cider vinegar and egg white in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl stir together flour, sugar and baking powder. Fold dry ingredients into the egg mixture and stir with a wooden spatula until just combined and crumbly. Fold in zest. Drop large spoonfuls of batter over greased baking sheet, 1 inch space apart. Press slightly with the back of the spoon until 1” thickness. (Or place dough on a floured surface, roll and use a cookie cutter to make perfectly round cookies.)Bake for 25 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.
