1 Bread Dough1 Cup Brown Sugar2.5 Tablespoons Cinnamon0.33 Cup Plus 8 Tablespoons Butter1.5 Cups Confectioners Sugar0.25 Cup Cream Cheese0.5 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract0.125 Teaspoon Salt0 RaisinsPreheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease a large baking sheet.For filling: In a bowl, add brown sugar, 1/3 cup of butter and cinnamon and mix well.Place dough onto a floured surface and roll into a rectangle. Spread filling mixture over rolled dough evenly. Place raisins on top of filling mixture evenly. Roll the dough like a jelly roll to secure the filling. Cut the dough into 2-inch pieces. Arrange dough pieces onto prepared baking sheet in a single layer about 1-inch apart. Bake for about 10-15 minutes.For icing: In a bowl, add cream cheese, 8 tablespoons butter, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla extract and salt and beat until fluffy.Remove rolls from oven and keep aside to cool slightly. Coat warm rolls with icing mixture and serve.
