2 Cups Dry White Wine1 Large Onion2 Cloves Garlic4 Ounces Dry Mustard2 Tablespoons Honey1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil2 Teaspoons SaltBring the wine, onion and garlic to a boil in a saucepan.Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.Pour into a bowl and let cool.Strain mixture into a saucepan and whisk in the dry mustard. Mix in the oil, honey, salt and pepper until well combined.Heat mixture slowly until it thickens while constantly stirring then let cool.Pour into a container, cover and refrigerate at least 2 days before using.
