Ingredients:
8 Quarts Water3 Tablespoons Salt1 Pound Small Pasta6 Ounces Artichoke Hearts0.25 Cup Capers0.5 Cup Kalamata Olives1 Tablespoon Juice & Zest Of 1 Lemon12 Ounces Imported Italian Tuna0.5 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.125 Teaspoon Ground Pepper0.5 Cup Pine Nuts0.5 Cup Flat Leaf ParsleyIn a large pan, add water and bring to a rolling boil. Stir in pasta and salt and again bring to a boil. Cook according to package’s directions or till al dente. Drain pasta, reserving ½ cup of cooking liquid. Transfer pasta to a large serving bowl. Add reserved cooking liquid and gently, stir to combine. Add remaining ingredients except for parsley and gently, toss to coat. Serve with a garnishing of parsley.
