6 Tablespoons Milk7 Tablespoons Olive Oil1 Cup Self-Rising Flour3 Tablespoons Parmigiano-ReggianoPreheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Mix the flour and cheese in a large bowl; make a well in the center. Combine milk and 5 tablespoons of the oil in a small bowl until well combined then pour into the center of the flour mixture.Mix with a fork until a smooth, damp dough forms. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and flatten to 1/4 inch thickness. Using a circular dough cutter cut out rounds. Bake 14 minutes.Mix the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil with a large pinch of salt and brush the top of the biscuits.Serve warm
