0.5 Cup Sweet Onion2 Cloves Garlic1 Jalapeño Pepper1 Cup Firmly Packed Dark Brown Sugar1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar0.5 Cup Apple Juice0.5 Cup Honey1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt1 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper1 Teaspoon Celery Seeds0.5 Teaspoon Dried Red Pepper Flakes1 Tablespoon Olive Oil1 Bottle KetchupIn a large pan, heat oil over medium-high heat and sauté onion, garlic and jalapeño pepper for about 4-5 minutes. Stir in brown sugar, ketchup, honey, vinegar, apple juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery seeds, red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
