1 Cup Apple Cider1 Small Green Cabbage1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar0.5 Medium White Onion0.75 Teaspoon Sea Salt0.5 Teaspoon Onion Powder0.5 Teaspoon Garlic Powder2 Teaspoon Caraway Seeds0.5 Teaspoon Ground Black PepperCombine cider, 1/2 cup of vinegar and onion in a large pot over high heat. Cook for a few minutes till onions soften.Add cabbage, sea salt, onion powder, garlic powder, caraway seeds and black pepper. Allow cabbage to wilt a bit and add remainder of vinegar.Cover and bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer. Allow to cook for 45 minutes, stiring occasionally.
