Grease a large baking pan with a light coating of cooking spray. In a small bowl, add flour, salt and baking powder and stir to combine. In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream butter, vanilla and both sugars. Add the eggs to the mixture one at a time and gradually add the flour mixture and continue to stir until just combined.
