2 Large Eggs0.33 Cup Granulated Sugar0.25 Cup All-Purpose Flour3 Cups Whole Milk1.5 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter2 Teaspoons Vanilla ExtractBeat the eggs with an electric mixer on medium speed until frothy. Add 1/4 cup of sugar and flour and beat until combined. In a heavy pan, add milk and cook until heated through.
