1 Small Onion2 Cloves Garlic1.5 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Teaspoon Celery Seed10 Medium Plum Tomatoes6 Basil Leaves3 Slices Of White Bread3 Tablespoon Italian Parsley Leaves0.5 Cup WaterPreheat the oven to 400 degrees.In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until golden brown. Stir in tomatoes, basil, celery seed and water, simmer until half of the water is absorbed.Transfer the mixture to a large baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and parsley.
