1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs0.5 Cup Walnuts2 Tablespoons Olive Oil2 Tablespoons Parsley2 Teaspoons Lemon Zest0.5 Pound Bacon1 Pound Chicken Breast1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic0.5 Cup White Wine1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice0.75 Pound Spaghetti0.5 Cup Parmesan Cheese0.25 Cup Heavy CreamIn a skillet, heat oil and cook walnuts and breadcrumbs for about 3-4 minutes. Stir in parsley, lemon zest and salt and remove from heat. Keep aside to cool. Heat a large pan and cook bacon until heated. Transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate. Remove bacon drippings from pan, leaving 1 tablespoon inside. In the same pan add chicken over medium-high heat and sauté until browned. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Stir in wine and lemon juice and cook for about 3-4 minutes. In a large pan of the lightly salted boiling water, prepare the spaghetti according to the package's directions. Drain spaghetti, reserving cooking liquid.In a large bowl, add cream and cheese and beat till well combined. Add spaghetti, cooked chicken, bacon and some of the reserved cooking liquid and toss to coat. Sprinkle with breadcrumb mixture and serve.
