In a bowl, mix together pastry flour and salt. Add oil and mix till flour begins to bead. Sprinkle the flour mixture with barley malt and gently, mix. Add enough water and mix till a thick dough ball is formed. Place dough between two wax paper sheets and roll into even thickness. Cut the rolled dough into a 9-inch circle. Arrange crust into a lightly greased glass pie dish. With a fork, pierce the bottom and sides of pie crust. Meanwhile, in a pan, combine raisins, apples and 1/3 cup of apple juice and bring to a boil. Simmer, covered for about 15 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and cinnamon and remove from heat. Set aside to cool completely. In another small pan, add remaining 1 cup of apple juice and kuzu and stir till dissolved, bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Simmer for about 1 minute or till the sauce becomes thick. Place apple mixture into crust evenly and top with glaze. Bake for about 40 minutes.
