1 Tablespoon Olive Oil1 Medium Carrots1.5 Pounds Ground Turkey0.25 Large Onion2 Cloves Garlic0 To Taste Salt And Pepper2.5 Cups Water2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste1 Tablespoon Butter0.5 Teaspoon Garlic Powder2 Tablespoons Sour Cream1 Cup Shredded Cheese4 Large Red Potaotes0.25 Cup MilkPreheat oven to 375 degrees F. While potatoes are boiling, in a nonstick pan, heat oil over medium heat. Cook turkey in heated oil along with garlic, onion and carrots until turkey is browned. Then add salt, pepper and your desired seasoning. Add hot sauce, tomato paste and water and cook until sauce thickens. In a bowl, peel and mash potatoes and mix with butter, sour cream, milk and garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add frozen peas and toss for a minute until just combined. Place turkey mixture into the bottom of a casserole dish. Sprinkle casserole with half of the cheese. Top cheese with mashed potatoes and then sprinkle casserole with remaining cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, for about 20 to 30 minutes.
