0.33 Cup Sour Cream1.5 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth2 Tablespoons Mustard2 Pounds Skinless Chicken Thighs0.25 Cup Dijon Mustard2 Tablespoons Honey Mustard1 Medium Onion2 Pounds Skinless Chicken Breasts0.75 Cup Dry White Wine2 Tablespoons ButterTrim fat from each chicken breast and thighs and cut each in half crosswise. In a large heat-proof casserole, melt butter over medium heat and sauté onion for about 3 minutes. Add chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes. In a small bowl, add wine and mustards and beat till well combined. Add mustard mixture to chicken and bring to a boil. Add broth and simmer, covered partially for about 25-30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve hot.
