Ingredients:
0.33 Cup Canola Oil1 Cup Hot Water2 Eggs0.33 Cup Granulated Sugar1 Package Yeast0.33 Teaspoon Salt3 Cups All-Purpose FlourIn a bowl, add oil, hot water, eggs, sugar, yeast and salt and mix till well combined. Slowly, add flour, 1 cup at a time and mix till a soft dough is formed. Place dough onto a floured surface and with your hands, knead for about 5 minutes or till smooth. Place dough into a greased bowl. Cover the bowl and keep aside in warm place for at least 1 hour or till double in size. Uncover bowl and with your hands, punch down the dough. Now, place dough onto a lightly floured surface and divide into 2 equal sized portions. Make 12 rolls from each portion. Arrange rolls onto a large greased baking sheet, spacing evenly. Cover the baking sheet and keep in warm place for about 20-30 minutes or till double in size.Preheat oven to 350 degree. Bake rolls for about 10-18 minutes or till top becomes golden. Remove from oven and immediately, coat with butter.
