0.25 Cup Butter1.125 Cups Sugar2 Eggs1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract2 Cups All-Purpose Flour1 Teaspoon Baking Powder0.5 Teaspoon Baking Soda0.5 Teaspoon Salt1 Cup 2% Milk1 Teaspoon Ground CinnamonPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.In a large bowl, add butter and beat until light and fluffy. Slowly, add 1 cup sugar and beat continuously till well combined. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and stir to combine. In another bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture into butter mixture alternately with buttermilk and mix till just combined. In a small bowl, mix together remaining sugar and cinnamon.Place half of flour mixture into prepared loaf pan evenly and sprinkle with 3/4 of cinnamon mixture. Place remaining flour mixture on top evenly and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mixture. Bake for about 45-50 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and keep onto the wire rack to cool in loaf pan for about 10 minutes. Carefully, invert bread onto wire rack to cool completely before serving. Cut into desired sized slices and serve.
