1 Quart Dried Cranberries1 Quart Red Wine Vinegar4 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard1.5 Cups Walnut Oil6 Cups Canola Oil0.25 Cup HoneyBlend soaked cranberries in a blender until pureed. Add cranberries to a food processor along with honey and mustard and process. Now gradually add oils and process until smooth. Add a little water to thin the vinaigrette if it seems too thick.
