4 Large Salmon Steaks0.25 Teaspoon Sea Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper1 Cup Dry White Wine2 Large Shallots3 Tablespoons Fresh Dill0.25 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt0.25 Cup Dijon Mustard2 Tablespoons Honey1 Medium Lemon0.5 Teaspoon Freshly Cracked Pink PeppercornsPreheat oven to 400 degrees.In a large baking pan, arrange salmon and season with salt & pepper. Pour in wine and sprinkle shallots on top.Bake until fish is heated through, about 12 to 15 minutes.
