2 Nori Seaweed Sheets0.25 Cup Sesame Seeds0.5 Teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt0.5 Teaspoon SugarWith the scissors, cut toasted nori sheets into small pieces.With a mortar and pestle, grind 1/8 cup of sesame seeds, sugar and salt. Transfer mixture to a bowl. Add nori pieces and remaining sesame seeds and stir to combine. Preserve in an airtight container.
