Baked Stuffed Flounder Recipe | PT45M Serves 1 Ingredients: 0.5 Cup Green Onions 1 Clove Garlic 1 Medium Egg 2 Tablespoons Parsley 0 To Taste Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper 1 Cup Bread Crumbs 0.5 Cup Celery 0.5 Pound Crabmeat 0.5 Pound Shrimp Using half the butter, saute the celery, onions and garlic. Mix in the bread crumbs, shrimp, crabmeat and parsley until well combined. Season with salt, pepper and red pepper. Split the thick side of each flounder lengthwise and crosswise. Loosen the meat from the bone to form a pocket for the stuffing. Stuff the pocket with the stuffing mixture. Melt the remaining butter in a shallow pan. Add the fish and cover the pan. Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 5 minutes.
