0.25 Teaspoon Salt0.75 Cup Evaporated Skim Milk0.5 Cup Rice Bran1 Tablespoon Baking Powder1 Cup All-Purpose Flour0.5 Cup Apple FiberPreheat oven to 450 degrees. In a bowl, add flour, rice bran, apple fiber, baking powder and salt and mix well. Add evaporated milk and mix until just combined. With lightly floured hands, knead the dough for at least 30 seconds. Transfer dough onto a lightly floured work surface and pat into 1/2-inch thickness. With a floured biscuit cutter, cut the dough into 18 rounds. Arrange biscuits onto an ungreased baking sheet in a single layer about 1-inch apart. Bake for 16 minutes, or till golden brown. Allow the biscuits to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
