In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth. Slowly add one egg at a time and continue to blend. Add pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg to the mixture and stir gently until fully combined. Pour batter onto the prepared crust. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is almost set. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Place in the fridge for up to three hours to fully set. Top with whipped cream and serve.
